In 2016, she joined Accenture UK as a Lead Talent Acquisition Consultant, followed by roles at Barclays as a Project Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist, and later at JP Morgan Chase as Lead User Experience and Customer Experience Recruiter.
Currently, Shazia is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Pladis Global, where she focuses on building inclusive teams. In addition to her corporate role, she manages personal projects such as Women in Tennis and her fusion dessert business, Gourmet Mithai.
