More About Emma Levy

Emma Levy has a unique perspective on post traumatic growth as she personally had a ‘brush with adversity’ over the pandemic when she was diagnosed with breast cancer.

Due to her positive mindset and her passion for movement and exercise, Emma was able to continue exercise training throughout her cancer treatment and completed her first Olympic distance triathlon just one month following completion of all active treatment for breast cancer, a goal she set herself whilst sitting in the chemotherapy chair. She therefore feels she has had an insight into dealing with adversity and is fascinated in how some people seem to really use it to their advantage and achieve amazing things.

As well as being passionate about the power of mindset in all components of life, Emma loves sport and is a physiotherapist with Team GB recently working at the Paris Olympic Games 2024. She has always been committed to the power of movement and exercise as well as the link between the mind and the body and the effect a positive mindset can have during and after trauma.

Her recent life experience has developed this interest and she is passionate about sharing her perspective in order to inspire others facing challenging times. Alongside her work as a Podcaster and Physiotherapist, Emma delivers motivational talks.
