We were thrilled when Rosanna got in touch to ask about joining the Great British Presenters and Speakers teams! 

Rosanna Lockwood is a British television journalist with significant experience working for major news organisations across the UK, the Middle East, Russia and Asia.

Most recently, Rosanna has been an Anchor and Correspondent for CNBC International, based in Singapore and London, breaking real-time business and international news across core topics including economics, geopolitics and energy, for a global audience.

Rosanna has a specialist interest in finance and business news and previously worked for Bloomberg TV in London, where she was a producer on the flagship mid-morning show. In 2015, she moved to the United Arab Emirates, where she worked as a television news correspondent for Reuters, covering Gulf business and stock markets for broadcast clients, and developed a career as a chairperson and moderator for live events in the Middle East and Europe. Rosanna has delivered on-stage discussions with Nobel Prize-winning scientists, best-selling authors, senior bankers and politicians.

Rosanna was born in Hong Kong as a British citizen and then mostly grew up in the southwest of England. She graduated with a BA degree in English Literature and Drama from Royal Holloway University of London in 2009 and started her career in financial communications. Rosanna qualified as a journalist in 2013, with a BJTC-accredited postgraduate diploma in Broadcast Journalism from the London College of Communication, and began her journalism career as a freelance radio reporter and producer for the BBC, LBC and ITN.
