Aaron Balick, PhD. is a psychotherapist as well as a popular consultant, speaker and author. He is recognised globally for his work in the understanding of psychology and how it can be used to support and benefit individuals, businesses and society as a whole.
Aaron draws on more than twenty years of clinical and academic experience and is skilled at making psychology accessible to his varied audiences, in ways that are both engaging and entertaining.

Aaron has offered his expertise across a variety of radio and television productions, including being the longest-running mental health contributor for BBC Radio 1’s phone-in Surgery programme for young people and appearing on BBC Radio 4’s appearing on BBC Radio 4’s The Moral Maze and The Digital Human.
Dr Aaron Balick is an honorary senior lecturer at the Department for Psychosocial and Psychoanalytic Studies at the University of Essex. He maintains a private psychotherapy practice in London and is also actively involved in academic research. Aaron is also the CEO of Keypoint Spaces an international hub for the exploration of psychology.
Having worked across the business, industry and the charity sector, Aaron helps organisations build psychological practices and principles into the culture of their workplace.
Aaron uses his thorough understanding of the psychology of technology to help people and organisations make better choices on how they engage with technology either personally or how businesses can integrate technology more humanely within the workplace.
