Get Out of Your Comfort Zone: This book expands on the themes from his first work, providing a more structured, practical guide with 100 specific challenges to push the reader’s mental, emotional, and physical boundaries. It covers various areas, including physical, mental, and social challenges, encouraging readers to develop their resilience by confronting their fears.
In 2024, Ben published his latest book for teenagers titled Seriously Happy, which provides young adult readers with 10 life-changing lessons based on teachings of the ancient philosophers.
