Catherine Tyldesley is best known for appearing in the ITV soap opera Coronation Street (2011-2018), as well as her guest appearances on various entertainment programmes, including Strictly Come Dancing (2019), where she finished 11th alongside professional partner Johannes Radebe.
As well as her acting jobs, Catherine is a big advocate for healthy cooking and positive physical and mental wellbeing, often providing healthy recipes and cooking segments to her 1,000,000+ social media followers. She is also a keen singer, releasing her debut album Rise in 2016.

NOW! (2011), Lorraine (2012), All Star Family Fortunes (2013), Celebrity Chase (2013; 2021), Tipping Point: Lucky Stars (2018), Strictly Come Dancing (2019), Who Wants to be a Millionaire? Since becoming a mother, Catherine’s focus has shifted to maintaining her physical wellbeing, particularly regarding digestive issues, insomnia, and exercise during pregnancy. Her love for cooking has led to her penning the brand ‘Auntie Cath Cooks’, which has over 29,000 Instagram followers alone. She spoke to Brood magazine about how she studied nutrition whilst on maternity leave with her first child and gained a stronger passion for delicious, cheap, but nutritious food.
