More About Charlie

Originally from Bath U.K. with family roots in Wales and Scotland Charlie is now based 50 minutes from downtown Manhattan NYC.

She has voiced award winning commercials for Christian Dior and MaxMara as well as TV promos for Disney and video games for Warner Bros.

From her beautiful coastal home studio “Apple Tree Audio”, Charlie offers a fast turnaround and broadcast ready audio.

Charlies biggest passion is narrating audiobooks and she has recorded upwards of 75+ audiobooks including solo, dual, duet and multicasts and has worked with numerous big 5 audio drama and audiobook production houses, including working on the Crescent City masterpiece with Graphic Audio.

She narrates in British, General American and is comfortable narrating using European accents and works under her name and the pseudo Allie Rose. Charlie has recurring relationships with authors for ongoing series as they trust in her voice and talent.

Studio:  From her NY-based, beautiful broadcast-ready Source Connected homestudio, Charlie offers a fast turnaround. Her stunning recording studio is a professionally converted attic with a floating floor, ceiling and walls and purpose-built acoustic panels and cherry diffusers. It has a noise floor of -78DB approx. Here, Charlie has recorded AAA games, Superbowl commercials and award-nominated TV PSA / narration.
