Cynthia began her career as a Senior Consultant at Ellis Fairbank. She has worked for organizations like Carphone Warehouse, BT, and Creative Access, focusing on increasing visibility of minority groups and ensuring fair recruitment. Her passion for positive change in the workplace inspires others to prioritize diversity and inclusion.

In 2015, Cynthia founded the Diversifying Group and later co-founded Diversifying Jobs. Both businesses aim to create inclusive working environments and offer various services like talent attraction and training. Cynthia’s expertise led to her appointment as a Board Trustee at Over The Wall.

Diversifying Group are a Black-owned, female-led, and B Corp Certified business, employing a talented intersectional team of people with a mission is to transform the world of work for a more accepting future.
