Diane Youdale first reached National and International profile in the 90’s as her role as ‘Jet’ on the original ITV hit show Gladiators, with up to 11 Million viewers every Saturday evening.
Originally her pedigree came from her time as a Junior Gymnastic Champion and a member of the GB Squad. Then studying at London Contemporary Dance School and the London Studio Centre.
During this time, she was a member of the National Youth Theatre & The National Youth Dance Company, all of which, stood her out for a long and then varied career which went on to include working with some of the biggest names on the small and big screen.
Diane Youdale is also Radio Desk and Video Journalist trained (BBC) as well as practising as a Psychotherapist for over 20 years and as a Master Practitioner and NLP Trainer.
More recently, Diane has also complemented her resume by studying with the world renowned CHEK Institute, successfully completing the Holistic Lifestyle Coach certification and CHEK Exercise coach, with a particular focus in the precise field of postural analysis, corrective exercise and lower back health as well as metabolic typing, nutritional deficiencies and advanced dietary requirements. With this extremely broad set of skills, studies and accomplishments Diane is one of the most diverse, flexible and experienced performers of her generation.
Through her alter-ego Jet, Diane is held as a role model to women of all ages, and by working with a small, exclusive client base of individuals across the UK, Diane continues to hone and fine tune her insights and experience.
An example of her flexibility was also exemplified during her role as resident Life Coach and resident weekly Psyche Analyst for Channel 5’s Big Brothers ‘Bit on the Side’, while concurrently choreographing the European tour of Tina Turner – ‘Break Every Rule’, the Musical.
Diane has over 20 years’ experience in the Media and Television Industry with production, both pre-recorded and live output for BBC, ITV, SKY, Channel 4 & Channel 5. As an Actor in the ‘She Wolf’ (Universal Pictures) in 1990, to presenting ITV’s You Bet, Games Master and Finders Keepers, Children in Need, Out and About, Inside Out to name a few and Anchor in Broadcast for BBC Radio following her role of Jet.
From 2011 onwards Diane has consistently been invited on to shows such as Celebrity Juice, Celebrity Pointless, Big Fat Quiz of the 90’s, Paul O’Grady Show, The Saturday Night Story, Mel & Sue Show, Inside Out, When Gameshows go Horribly Wrong, and many more.
Diane also regularly takes part in corporate PA’s including Comic Con, National Gym operators, NHS, RAF, Halliwells Solicitors, the Welsh Assembly, and many blue-chip companies with her Core Philosophy Complete Health Programme.
A Therapist, Teacher, Trainer and Coach Diane has gathered a unique formula for her work with groups and individuals in health and well-being. As a MBACP Integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist, she works both traditionally and with her own unique blend of modalities including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
She provides integrated, fun and easy to understand perspectives on health, fitness and well-being with her exclusive client base. As an experienced presenter her delivery is accessible and grounded while remaining informative with her Core Philosophy three-dimensional Wellness in the Workplace programmes.
