I have known Elaine Kasket for over ten years in various capacities: teacher, public speaker, psychologist, coach. In all of these positions Elaine remains humble, and in all of them she coaches whomever she is with to be the best version of themselves. Her power comes from one simple thing that is often very hard to do well, and that is listening and hearing what is difficult to articulate or difficult to admit and see.
She is exceptionally creative and flexible in her approach, which makes her able to adapt her approach to different people, situations, and environments. For me, Elaine has been a presence — sometimes through her writing, sometimes through her teaching, and sometimes through her professional guidance and coaching — and she has never made me question her genuineness and integrity.
