As a presenter, Jack’s credits include Sex Hospital for TLC, Plain Jane for MTV, The Tech Show on Discovery Science and Sky One’s Body Language and Secrets Naked Britain.
He has also featured on Channel 4’s Tom Dyckhoff’s The Secret Life of Buildings and Tony Robinson’s Gods and Monsters and often appears on ITV’s This Morning.
Jack has conducted a variety of brain experiments including his Brain Gym in central London where he tested willing members of the public in ‘brain power.’ From the experiment, he offered advice on how to improve memory and decision-making strategies.
More recently, Jack launched Brain Coach Live, a series of presentations aimed at students, corporate business people and the elderly, which offered techniques to optimise brain functionality with memory trick and tips on how to minimise stress and how to boost general brain health.

On radio, Jack has appeared on various regional and national stations, discussing topics such as the effects of partying on the brain, decision-making strategies and how the brain responds to beauty.
During his time studying neuroscience at Nottingham University, Jack organised a string of highly successful club nights. He also loves to travel, having surfed, climbed, dived, skated and white water rafted in various countries around the world.
