More About Katie F.

For two consecutive years, Katie has been hired by our Great British Voices client for the Transport for London Awards to serve as the Live Announcer, also known as the Voice of God, for their annual “You Matter” awards.

Katie’s background in TV news gives her a unique understanding of what producers seek. And with an MA in English from Cambridge University, she brings intelligent, sophisticated storytelling to every project.

Katie loves all genres of voiceover—corporate, commercial, and character. She’s provided everything from medical narration to museum guides and played video game characters and the “Voice of God” at live events.

She’s won the One Voice Award for ‘Outstanding Live Event Announcer’ and has been a finalist for “British Female Voiceover Artist of the Year” three years in a row. She was nominated for a prestigious SOVAS Voice Arts Award in 2016, 2017 and 2018 and 2019.
