Widely considered among the greatest tennis players of all time, Martina won an amazing 18 Grand Slam singles titles, 31 major women’s doubles titles & 10 major mixed doubles titles. That was a combined total of 59 major titles, marking the Open Era record for the most Grand Slam titles won by a single player.
Martina won the Wimbledon women’s singles title a record nine times and has been described by many as “the greatest singles, doubles, and mixed doubles player who’s ever lived”.
