“I’m sure there are lots of students at the University who are interested in getting into media, TV and radio, just like I was, and I can’t wait to share my experiences with them – the great people I’ve met, shows I’ve worked on and places my job has taken me. I hope this event will help to inform and inspire the future generation of Bedfordshire graduates.”

Here he scored exclusive interviews, revealed official upcoming toys and sets, presented backstage access of LEGO Masters, and promoted the AFOL – Adult Fans of Lego, a club which he definitely identifies with.

Having Melvin back at the University for an event such as this one is something we are extremely exited about. Melvin is a wonderful example of what Bedfordshire students can go onto achieve and it will be fascinating to hear from him about his journey to becoming a presenter and personality popular across the nation. I am certain the stories he has to tell will be a source of inspiration to those currently studying here.
