Nigel is based in London but has also lived and worked as an actor and voice talent in the USA for many years. His expertise and versatility make him in demand for a wide range of voiceover work, from commercials and corporate narration to e-learning and audiobooks.
Nigel is skilled in many different characterisations and accents and is a fluent speaker of French and Spanish – demos available on request.
He performs regularly in his native London RP, as well as UK accents including Cockney, Estuary, Manchester, Liverpool, Yorkshire, Edinburgh and Glaswegian Scots, Northern and Southern Irish and Welsh.
In addition, he is adept at English with a French, Spanish, German, Russian, Australian and South African accent, as well as many different US dialects. He has a voice age of 40 to 60.
As an audiobook narrator, Nigel’s numerous credits as a stage, screen and voiceover actor influence his powerful characterisation across a broad range of genres. He is the recipient of two Earphones Award from Audio File Magazine.
