The film follows Sylvia Mac, who suffered horrific, life-changing injuries as a child, and who has battled with physical and mental issues her whole life. Despite no open water experience, Sylvia attempted to swim from Asia to Europe along a treacherous stretch of water called The Bosphorus, in order to help raise awareness for body disfigurement, and the film follows her on the challenge.
Unstoppable – Inside the mind of the extreme triathlete is another film made by Greg Whyte that has won multiple awards and nominations, including AltFF Alternative Film Festival (Best Documentary Feature). The year after, he published Bump It Up: The Dynamic, Flexible Exercise and Healthy Eating Plan for Before, During and After Pregnancy, which provided an easy-to-follow guide to staying fit and healthy during the pregnancy journey.

Greg was excellent. His ability to mix the sessions with appropriate humour, emotion and key messages was welcomed by our audience. Greg was ‘spine tingling’. Greg was very approachable and stayed post sessions to answer delegate’s questions. Greg also responded to each tweet that he received from delegates at our event – certainly more than we could have asked for.

Greg was excellent and very much fitted in with the theme of the day. We will be getting formal feedback from all attendees but all ad hoc comments we have received so far have been very positive.
