He fronts numerous other shows for BBC1 including- Neighbourhood Blues, Ill-Gotten Gains, Crime Scene Rescue, Christmas City, Britain’s Bravest Cops and Helicopter Heroes, which has aired both daytime and prime-time. For Channel 5 he fronted the prime time series Frontline Police and Law & Disorder: Catching Criminals Live.
He presented two hugely popular kids series for CBBC called Cop School and Hero Squad and even narrated an online game to accompany it.
Rav fronted a week long series from the Frontline in Afghanistan called Remembrance Week for BBC1 as well as co-hosting Missing Live.
Rav Wilding – The One Show
He’s also a regular face on BBC1’s flagship daily show, The One Show, presenting strands and as a studio guest. He participated in and won ITV’s successful physical challenge series 71 Degrees North set within the Arctic Circle.
Rav also provides voiceover for two of Channel 5’s popular shows – Big Body Squad and World’s Craziest Police Pursuits.
Rav Wilding Police & Military Career
Rav was a Detective Constable for The Metropolitan Police for eight years and prior to that, he was a member of the Army Parachute Air Defence Troop for four years.
Rav is a lifelong fitness fan and as well as being an Army adventure training instructor, is also a qualified lifeguard and is currently studying for accreditation as a personal trainer.
