Victor Sosanya led a wonderful input at the City of London’s recent event, ‘Skills: Trends and Next Practice’. He presented a very powerful argument for the value of fusion skills. The points he made about work experience and the tangible and intangible benefits it brings to young people really resonated with the packed auditorium. He is an inspirational education futurist.
Dr Anne Bamford OBE, Global Education and Fusion Consultant and former Strategic Education and Skills Director, City of London.
I partnered with Victor Sosanya to initiate an engagement event, for interns and graduates, and found Victor to be full of resources, great insights, with an amazing passion to create a great inspirational content, which matches Victor’s interpersonal skills at the time of delivering the key-note and peer-to-peer sessions.
The students attending the in-person and virtual sessions shared a very positive feedback; they were encouraged to think outside the box, to work together and learn from each other. Our team is looking forward to renew the experience with Victor.

We welcomed Victor Sosanya as a speaker for our finance careers panel talk last year and he was an excellent inspirational speaker. He gave clear messages to motivate our students and to advise them on their options in the world of finance but also how best to succeed. We had speakers from a range of backgrounds and at different stages in their careers and Victor added a fresh perspective as an undergraduate studying Economics.
Victor reflects the background of many of our students here at Oaks Park and so his hard work and success was a great example of what is possible with the right level of determination and drive.
